A Justice of the Peace handles local matters in Pima County. They resolve criminal misdemeanors and lawsuits for less than $10,000. This includes traffic violations, landlord/tenant disputes, workplace harassment cases, etc.
Judge Ball has adjudicated thousands of cases and has never been reversed on appeal.
He has worked for multiple federal judges, including Frank R. Zapata, Cindy K. Jorgenson,
D. Thomas Ferraro and Larry A. Burns.
Judge Ball earned a Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University Law Center and is a licensed lawyer. He is the author of Arizona Law & ⚖️ Reporter.
