MLK March and Celebration

Celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the annual Tucson MLK celebration and march around Reid Park. This family-centered event brings our community together to honor the past and inspire the future.  Enjoy live music and performances, food vendors, retail and information booths.  The commemorative march starts at 10:00 AM, with the festival immediately following.

• The march begins at the DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center at 10 AM. 
• The festival takes place at the Reid Park Outdoor Performance Center after the march and continues until 2 PM. The festival includes speeches, performances, food vendors, and community booths.

Please be reminded that in 1994, Congress designated the holiday as a national day of service, marking the third Monday in January every year as the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service – a “Day On, Not a Day Off.”
